I know that we all lead busy lives, so I am making it easier than ever for you to make time to get healthy and fit. I am offering BMooreFit w/ Jamal group personal training at your convenience. Gather your friends and tell me what location, day, time works best for your group and I will come to your (play room, living room, back yard, or room in the church fellowship hall, etc.) Your group will get personal training in a group setting that is tailored by the instructor for everyone’s workout needs. You can bring your children and watch them as your workout, or encourage them to join the workout. You should bring water, yoga mat, or beach towel. These classes are also customized subject to your request and goals. The classes are 1 full hour (up to 5 people) for flat rate of $50. Packages (weekly/monthly) are also available for these group sessions.
